About The Position

The Assistant Beauty Manager uses directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals and provides an exceptional customer experience. The role builds personal trade through customer relationships and assists the Department Manager with department volume and productivity goals by developing and executing a business plan. The Assistant Beauty Manager coaches salespeople, serves as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert, and works with the Department Manager to maintain merchandising, presentation, and inventory standards.

Requirements

A track record of successful results, such as strong productivity and personal trade.
Directive selling techniques that help set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to use key metrics, such as hot sellers and top vendors, to identify opportunities and drive volume.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
