About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. The role helps foster a welcoming environment for associates and customers and deliver memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the company’s hospitality culture.

Requirements

• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership of achieving store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist with hiring, developing, and coaching associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations, including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and inventory execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
