About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service each day. The role is based at Kwik Trip 960 and has a variable shift, primarily 2nd shift. The stated full pay range is $18.00 to $23.79; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip also shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of gross annual wages depending on company profitability, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily 2nd shift.

• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
