About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, helping the team meet daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure customers receive the highest quality of service each day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and primarily on second shift, with variable shifts indicated. Kwik Trip is a family-owned Midwest company that has operated since 1965. Requirements
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
