About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help make a difference in the communities it serves. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service each day. The position is based at Kwik Trip 496. The stated full pay range is $18.00 to $23.79; actual pay depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.

Knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation.
