About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at a store in the Waukesha/Pewaukee area. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, helping the team meet daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and primarily second shift, with variable shifts noted in the posting. The role also involves maintaining a clean and inviting store and helping coworkers stay motivated and focused on tasks and goals.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
