About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to manage its food program. Assistant Food Managers prepare food, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, model excellent customer service, help the team achieve daily goals, and assist with merchandising. They ensure that the highest quality of customer service is delivered each day. The role is based at Kwik Trip 834 and is full-time, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Can solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
