About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store food program. The role involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
