About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join its Rooms Team. The position primarily assists in overseeing the Housekeeping team and is a central part of the Rooms Team. The successful candidate anticipates, customizes, and services guests’ needs before being asked, and works cooperatively with colleagues to deliver an excellent Rooms experience. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Managers must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and Rooms Division.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Sound problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems, including Opera.
• Good business acumen and passion for service.
• High attention to detail and custom service skills.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• US work authorization is required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Housekeeping knowledge is preferred.
