Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Urban Air Gilroy is hiring an energetic, welcoming, and hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead its 64,000-square-foot adventure park team and create positive experiences for children, families, and guests. This is an active, floor-based leadership role rather than a desk-only position. The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to support daily operations, team members, guest service, birthday parties, the café, attractions, safety, cleanliness, and overall park execution. The Assistant General Manager helps lead daily operations, coach and support team members, assist with scheduling and training, and ensure the park is clean, safe, appropriately staffed, and guest-ready. The role involves being visible throughout the park: greeting guests, supporting birthday parties, checking attractions, helping the café team, walking the floor, and maintaining positive energy during busy periods. The position also contributes to a strong team culture where employees feel supported, appreciated, and motivated.

Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Experience in family entertainment, restaurants, retail, hospitality, theme parks, hotels, or other guest-service environments is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
