Arby's Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Arby’s with KBP Inspired is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead restaurant teams, drive strong operations, and develop skills for future General Manager and above-store opportunities. The role supports daily restaurant operations and team performance while maintaining guest service, brand standards, and profitability. Compensation is expected to range from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with the exact amount depending on skills, experience, location, and other permitted factors.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
- Able to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
- Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
- Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
- Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
