About The Position
Arby’s with KBP Inspired is hiring a Shift Manager to help lead restaurant teams and deliver quality food and memorable guest experiences. The role involves running successful shifts, supporting Team Members, and keeping operations moving in a fast-paced restaurant environment. KBP offers a path to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably quick service, or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving through compact spaces.
- Ability to safely use restaurant equipment.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the restaurant team during shifts.
- Run successful shifts and keep restaurant operations moving.
- Support Team Members.
- Help deliver great food and memorable guest experiences.
