About The Position

As a Shift Manager at Arby’s with KBP Inspired, you will help lead a team that delivers great food and memorable guest experiences. You will help run successful shifts, support Team Members, and keep operations moving in a fast-paced restaurant. The role offers a path to advancement to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably quick service, or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.
