About The Position
Taco John’s is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its new restaurant on S. University Drive in Fargo, North Dakota. The role offers an opportunity to help build a restaurant team from the ground up and gain business experience, with a stated path toward General Manager and further advancement. The position is full-time and pays $21 per hour, with monthly bonus potential. The Assistant General Manager helps lead restaurant operations and team development. The role involves coaching employees, managing shift execution, and working on the floor across guest service, drive-thru, register, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Drive to grow into a General Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and energize a new restaurant team.
- Own shift execution and deliver product and service excellence.
- Lead from the floor, supporting guests, drive-thru, register, food preparation, and a clean, safe restaurant.
