About The Position

SUPREME CAJUN FOODS, a growth-oriented Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen franchisee, is hiring a full-time, career-minded Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant. The role is responsible for guest satisfaction and leading results in sales, profits, employee satisfaction, and retention. It manages restaurant financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and corporate compliance, and supervises Team Members and Hourly Shift Coordinators.

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to hire, train, and lead a restaurant team and administer corrective action.
• Ability to schedule team shifts.
• Ability to manage record keeping and reporting.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
