About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help ensure the restaurant performs at a high level, with a focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement. The role offers an opportunity to continue developing a restaurant management career, with training and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
- Passion for training and developing a team.
Nice To Haves
- Preferably, 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
