Requirements

• Proven sales experience.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to the team.
• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
• Assist in developing promotions and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
