About The Position

Requirements

• Proven sales experience.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic, personable approach and ability to cultivate a positive team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to team members.
• Oversee salon operations with the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
• Assist in developing promotions and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Educate clients on tanning and wellness options.
