About The Position
The Assistant General Manager supports daily operations and enhances the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant in the assigned area. The role assists with Front of House and Back of House activities to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance. Through leadership, the Assistant General Manager helps build consistency across operations, strengthen team engagement, and enhance guest satisfaction while executing the restaurant’s food philosophy and fostering community.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry.
- ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization is required.
- TABC certification where applicable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar area of focus is desired.
