About The Position

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant General Manager with management experience and a strong, natural leadership ability. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for contributing to the restaurant’s success by following brand standards and training, coaching, and recognizing team members to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is suited to someone who enjoys serving customers, has restaurant-industry experience, and wants to grow a career in a large restaurant franchise.

Requirements

• Two years of restaurant management experience.
• Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to motivate and build teams.
• Ability to manage with minimal supervision.
