Assistant General Manager
About The Position
CR Fitness is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Belle Isle Club. The AGM supports the General Manager in leading overall club performance, with a strong focus on sales, member experience, and team development. The position is intended for a developing leader who can drive current results while preparing for a future General Manager role. The role involves supporting membership and personal training sales, coaching and holding teams accountable, helping ensure smooth daily operations, delivering excellent member service, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a high-energy, team-oriented environment aligned with Crunch’s “No Judgments” philosophy. The AGM also participates in leadership development with experienced General Managers and Regional Vice Presidents.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry.
- Strong sales drive and ability to hit individual and team targets.
- Leadership ability, comfort working as part of a team, and willingness to lead by example on the floor.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Passion for health, fitness, and personal development.

Responsibilities
- Assist in driving membership and personal training sales through daily goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques.
- Help train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
- Support day-to-day club operations, including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
- Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment that reflects Crunch’s “No Judgments” philosophy.
- Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
