About The Position

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead restaurant operations in a high-energy, entertaining environment. The role involves managing shifts and daily operations, supporting strong financial and business performance, delivering memorable guest experiences, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and coaching and developing the restaurant team. The position offers compensation of $70,000 to $90,000 plus a 15% bonus opportunity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Understanding of flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Understanding of POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Manage on-the-fly requests calmly and effectively.
