Requirements

• Must be a United Citizen.
• Work location is in person.

• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of club standard operating procedures and policies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate sales leads and grow membership.
• Achieve revenue goals through employee leadership and motivation.
• Coordinate and work with club support functions, including Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, and Information Technology.
• Address personnel problems or difficulties by following club procedures and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully, following club procedures and documentation.
