About The Position

The Assistant General Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas, under the guidance of the General Manager. The role oversees all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, and focuses on creating a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. The position involves working an average of 50 hours per week and walking approximately five miles per shift. The work environment may be fast-paced, noisy, and distracting. The Assistant General Manager must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to handle 100K days while walking five miles per shift and working an average of 50-hour work weeks.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet or exceed annual budgets.
