About The Position

The Hampton Inn by Hilton Hallandale Beach | Aventura is an energetic, welcoming, and friendly hotel conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. This 8-story, 151-guestroom property offers flexible event space and is close to Gulfstream Park & Casino, Aventura Hospital, Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Stadium, and beaches. The hotel is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire team performance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Requirements

3–5 years of hotel management experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and guest service skills.
Financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, labor, and expense controls.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and hotel Property Management Systems; PEP experience preferred.
Food Safety Manager certification, or ability to obtain certification.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in leading daily hotel operations across key departments.
Coach and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and strong performance.
Ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance readiness.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, labor controls, inventory, and expense management.
Act as General Manager when the General Manager is not on property.
