Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in food and beverage required
• Six months of supervisor / management level experience required
• Upscale concept experience preferred
• Passion for guest service
• Valid Food Handlers Card and Beverage Permit (MAST Certification) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a culture of positively and accountability
• Executing operational excellence in food service and guest experience
• Supporting all operational, administrative, and facilities tasks for the restaurant and bar
• Leadership and direction to a team of people and business operations
• Hiring, training, and developing employees
• Knowledge of critical quality control points for menu items through expo and timely delivery of food
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
