Assistant Food Service Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at Kwik Trip 623. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service each day and maintaining a clean, inviting store. The position is variable shift and primarily second shift, with 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
