Assistant Food Service Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager ensures that customers receive the highest quality of service each day. This position is at Kwik Star 1153, with a variable shift and work primarily on second shift. The role requires full-time availability for 40 hours per week. Requirements
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily on second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
