About The Position

Kwik Trip seeks energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Managers to oversee the store food program and help serve the communities where the company operates. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service each day.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts indicated. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to solve problems and reprioritize quickly, and motivated to help others. The role also requires maintaining a clean and inviting store and applying food-safety and sanitation knowledge.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
