About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is also responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service each day and maintaining a clean, inviting store. The position requires full-time availability (40 hours per week), primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. Pay is $18.00 to $23.79, based on qualifications and other factors. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
