About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Assistant Food Manager is responsible for the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring a high quality of customer service each day. The position requires full-time work of 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts noted in the posting. The role is based at Kwik Trip 738.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
