About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee its food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, ensuring the team works toward daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure the highest quality of customer service every day. Kwik Trip is a family-owned Midwest company that has operated since 1965. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
Great people skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
Desire to help others.
At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
