About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities it serves. Assistant Food Managers are responsible for the food program and help ensure the highest quality of customer service every day. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set an example for excellent customer service, help the team achieve daily goals, and assist with merchandising. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts and some weekend and holiday availability required. The position offers a full pay range of $16.00 to $22.26; actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
Have great people skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
Have a desire to help others.
Have at least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
Be able to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
Have knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
Have some weekend and holiday availability.
