About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee its food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager ensures high-quality customer service every day and helps maintain a clean, inviting store.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
