Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help make a difference in the communities the company serves. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of service each day. Requirements
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily on second shift.
- Great people skills and a desire to help others.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
- Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
