About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, helping the team meet daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for helping ensure excellent customer service every day, as well as maintaining a clean and inviting store. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and works primarily second shift; the posted shift is variable. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
Great people skills.

Able to solve problems and quickly shift priorities.
Desire to help others.
At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
Able to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
