About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Assistant Food Managers are responsible for the food program. They prepare food, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, model excellent customer service, help the team achieve daily goals, assist with merchandising, and ensure high-quality customer service each day. The position requires maintaining a clean and inviting store and working primarily second shift. The role offers opportunities to develop skills for other challenges and leadership roles within the company.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
