About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure the highest quality of customer service every day.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts and some weekend and holiday availability required. The role involves maintaining a clean and inviting store and may require lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for 8–10 hours per day.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand up to 8–10 hours per day.
• Some weekend and holiday availability required.
