About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service every day.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts and some weekend and holiday availability required. Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.

• Ability to solve problems and quickly shift priorities.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
• Some weekend and holiday availability required.
