About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Assistant Food Manager is responsible for the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure customers receive the highest quality service every day.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for up to 8–10 hours per day.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
