About The Position

The position is at Kwik Trip 687, with a variable shift and a full pay range of $18.00 to $23.79. The role is primarily second shift and requires 40 hours per week. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip states that it shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• Six months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
