About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service every day and maintaining a clean, inviting store.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. The work is in a fast-paced retail food environment and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day. Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift; shifts are variable.
• Great people skills and a desire to help others.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
