Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role involves preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service each day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with a variable shift schedule. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.79 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
