About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, and setting an example of excellent customer service. The Assistant Food Manager helps the team achieve daily goals, assists with merchandising, and ensures high-quality customer service every day. The position requires full-time availability (40 hours per week), primarily on second shift, in a fast-paced store environment. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
