About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time, primarily on second shift, with variable scheduling.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
• Some weekend and holiday availability required.
