Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure the highest quality of customer service each day. The position requires full-time availability for 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, in a fast-paced store environment. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and pursue other leadership roles within the company.
Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and quickly shift priorities.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
