About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program and help make a difference in the communities it serves. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service each day.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with a variable shift schedule. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for up to 8–10 hours per day. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
