About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), primarily on second shift, with variable shifts listed. The role is based at Kwik Star 1918. Full pay range is $17.00 to $23.79; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
