About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Assistant Food Manager is responsible for the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, and helping the team achieve daily goals. The Assistant Food Manager also assists with merchandising and ensures high-quality customer service each day. The position requires maintaining a clean and inviting store and supporting a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily 2nd shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems and quickly shift priorities.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
