About The Position

Assistant Food Managers are responsible for the food program and help ensure the highest quality of customer service every day. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and walking or standing for up to 8–10 hours per day.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
